This is a great idea! And it's a great educational opportunity. I firmly believe that as kids get older they should learn how to cook. I want my kids to be self sufficient by the time they are adults and summer is a great time to start letting kids experiment in the kitchen. Plus it's one night that you don't have to cook;)
